Total number of rooms: 352 Conveniently located about 1.5km from the Tshwane University of Technology's ("TUT") Pretoria campus, this three storey walk up is made up of three building blocks joined together to allow students to move easily between blocks. Rooms are set up in apartment like units that foster the family unit environment that is characteristic of all Adowa Living properties. Each unit constitutes of a combination of single & double room, ranging from 8 – 10 students per apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a four plate electric stove. Students are given individual lockers for cupboard space, allowing for secure storage.
